Join Chef Podge Meade, previously of the ‘Bula Bus’, Billy Byrnes, Killkenny for a taste bud tingling evening of ‘Indian Street Food’ which was a popular feature on the Bula Bus menu. Learn how to make Samosas, Onion Bhaji, Aloo Gobi (potato & cauliflower curry) Papdi Chatt (flatbread salad), using whole spices with all pastry and bread made from scratch. Podge will also demonstrate other tasty Indian dishes during the evening.
